Helpdesk Availabilty At Christmas 


Over the festive holidays our helpdesk will be open as usual. We will be available between 9 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. on all non-holidays (29th, 30th, 31st December).

During this period telephone calls will be handled by our reception at the East Midlands office, therefore it would be preferable if support requests are logged via email at or via the support portal

The Daresbury office will reopen 9 a.m. on January 4, 2016.
