We are currently looking to recruit for the following positions

SAP Business One Support Executive

As a SAP Business One Support executive you will be predominately office based at our Daresbury office but you will also be required to attend customer site when necessary.

With a sound working knowledge of SAP Business One, your responsibilities will consist of the provision of remote and on-site support to customers along with receipt and logging of support calls and expediting them to the point of resolution. This will require working closely with our consulting team, SAP second line technical support and authors of SAP add-ons, as well as the end customer.

In addition you may be required write custom reports for end users, provide ad-hoc training and installing software patches and upgrades.

The role requires a strong element of self-learning to ensure up-to-date levels of personal product knowledge and we will provide all training to attain/maintain your SAP certification on the latest version of SAP Business One and any other necessary qualifications.

In addition to a sound knowledge of SAP Business One, you will also have good knowledge of Crystal Reports, the Boyum Usability Package and SQL scripting. Knowledge of HANA although not essential, will be a distinct advantage.

In addition to commercial acumen, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of business processes, particularly in manufacturing and distribution and an ability to visualise and communicate potential solutions to business problems using SAP Business One. The ability to demonstrate software will be a distinct advantage.

A background in ERP pre-sales or Consulting would serve you well. Ideally you will already be working in the SAP Business One channel.

Salary is competitive, commissions are generous and opportunities for career development will be numerous as the company scales up. After a settling in period you would enjoy great deal of autonomy running your own sales opportunities, but you will be supported by seasoned colleagues and an effective lead generating marketing function. Ideally you will live in the Midlands or slightly further south and you will be able to work from home.

As an SAP Business One Consultant at Signum, you will have the chance to work alongside some of the most focused minds in the SAP Business One marketplace.

Ideally you will be SAP Certified as an Implementation Consultant and will have worked on several full cycle implementations where you had to apply your SAP Business One skills and knowledge, to gather and document requirements from key users and managers as part of the business blueprint phase, through to developing project plans and timelines to successfully deploy SAP Business One solutions.

A good 'all-rounder', you will be fully able to act as a project lead and implement and configure SAP Business One to meet each client's individual requirements, and participate in end-user training and post implementation support. Ideally you will also have experience with specific certified SAP add-on solutions along side experience of both Manufacturing and Distribution. We are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our outbound lead generation team in Daresbury.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the main purpose of the role will be to generate sales opportunities for both the Sales and Account Management teams. This will be achieved through utilising sales skills such as prospecting; telesales; data cleansing; profiling; consultative selling, and securing appointments. You will also be expected to be fully involved within the event marketing activities.

This role requires a results oriented, telemarketing sales individual with an excellent telephone manner and a strong determination to succeed. You will be targeted on generating sales opportunities (B2B) by making outbound calls and attending trade exhibitions/shows  promoting the services offered by Signum.
