As a SAP Business One Support executive you will be predominately office based at our Daresbury office but you will also be required to attend customer site when necessary.
With a sound working knowledge of SAP Business One, your responsibilities will consist of the provision of remote and on-site support to customers along with receipt and logging of support calls and expediting them to the point of resolution. This will require working closely with our consulting team, SAP second line technical support and authors of SAP add-ons, as well as the end customer.
In addition you may be required write custom reports for end users, provide ad-hoc training and installing software patches and upgrades.
The role requires a strong element of self-learning to ensure up-to-date levels of personal product knowledge and we will provide all training to attain/maintain your SAP certification on the latest version of SAP Business One and any other necessary qualifications.
In addition to a sound knowledge of SAP Business One, you will also have good knowledge of Crystal Reports, the Boyum Usability Package and SQL scripting. Knowledge of HANA although not essential, will be a distinct advantage.
