The Role :

Signum Solutions are seeking a well-organised, methodical and self-motivated individual who can work well with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels at our Warrington Daresbury office.

The role of the Work Planning Administrator is a key position within our business reporting to the Operations Planning Manager within the Operations Hub using ConnectWise Manage WMS (Work Management System) to manage and deliver work programs effectively.

This role will suit someone who enjoys success in delivering the highest customer satisfaction by providing timely and well-coordinated service management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the Support Team / Support Board on a daily basis
  • Answering inbound customer calls and logging details in our WMS as required as a new ticket within the support board
  • Actively manage the calendars of all consultants to optimise utilisation of the available resource for Support / Consulting
  • General Administration of our WMS system including:
  • Managing the service boards ensuring all tickets are at the correct status
  • Assisting in monitoring service requests against contractual SLA’s
  • Managing the workflow of service tickets to completion/closure
  • Adding and maintaining customer details within GDPR regulation
  • Providing customers with access to the online support portal (onboarding access) within WMS system
  • Arranging customer meetings where required, Ticket review with the customer
  • Record and present meeting minutes to internal colleagues and external customers
  • Produce basic business reports using WMS (Training will be provided)
  • Working closely with the Operations Planning Manager to ensure KPI’s are achieved
  • Assist with communication to customers on behalf of Support
  • Assist in internal enquiries regarding consultant time sheet entry for customer Invoicing
  • Reviewing daily timesheets and approving them weekly and expenses prior to invoicing

Key Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business
  • Previous experience as a business administrator is preferred
  • Proficiently IT literate and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to coordinate multiple independent works simultaneously
  • Confident and self-motivated Team Player

Work Hours: 09:00-17:30 (1 hour lunch break)

Location: Office at The Innovation Centre, Daresbury. WA4 4FS

Salary: £23,000
