Signum has changed the name of the Support Desk to the Customer Service Team. This is huge. Huge. And it affects you, our customers, in many ways.
Firstly, the focus of our Customer Services Team is you; the customer. Your business, your processes, your staff. We haven’t given up supporting SAP Business One – that’s our business. If you call us, we’ll do our best to help, and if we can’t answer on the Customer Services Desk, we’ll find someone who can.
Secondly, we’ll get to know your business. We’ll give you a dedicated Customer Service Team member who will know your business. Who will know your SAP installation and will be able to help you get the most out of your system. A Team member who will understand how technical (or not) you are and be able to assist you in developing SAP Business One so that it helps your business grow and prosper.
Thirdly, we will provide more training, more documentation, more help.
Almost every customer we speak to asks for information. This could be as simple as a document on End of Year Processes or as in depth as an SQL training day. Every customer has different requirements. We am hoping that we will be able to bring you some good news on this front later in 2018.
Lastly, and most importantly, we’ll listen.
