Signum is proud to announce that we are one of four finalists in two categories at the inaugural Halton Chamber of Commerce Awards!
The awards aim to celebrate businesses in the Halton region, and we are over the moon to be finalists for ‘Customer Commitment’ and ‘Apprentice of the Year’ awards.
Category award winners are also automatically put forward for the Halton ‘Business of the Year’ award.
The Halton ‘Business of the Year’ award is given to dynamic and financial robust organisations that can demonstrate a successful strategy, strong values combined with real ambition and vision.
Signum Solutions was founded on the principle that our customers should be at the heart of everything we do, and this has remained our focus throughout the past year, when we responded to COVID.
Our clients are always number one, and we work hard every day to ensure that their needs are met. Whether it’s a simple change to their system or providing help with a technical issue, our goal is always to solve problems quickly and effectively so that our clients can keep doing what they do best—providing excellent service and products to their customers.
We have always been committed to excellent customer service. From the day we opened our doors, we have made it a point to put our customers first.
We believe that when you treat your clients well, they will be loyal to you and that is what has happened for Signum.
We encourage our staff to take an active interest in our clients by understanding their unique needs and providing them with the best services possible for their situation.
We don’t believe in losing customers because of silly mistakes, so we make sure everyone at Signum is well-informed and supported so they can provide excellent service to our clientele without fail.
This is why we are so honoured to be recognized for the Customer Commitment award because they demonstrate how well our team works together and how much they care about doing their jobs right!
Signum are also delighted that our digital marketing apprentice, Matthew Healey, has been nominated as Apprentice of the Year.
Apprenticeships are a great way to get hands-on experience with a company without having to worry about the finances that come along with full-time education. They are a great opportunity for young people who want to learn new skills and prepare themselves for an entry-level job in their chosen field.
It’s no surprise, then, that Matthew Healey was nominated as Apprentice of the Year! Matthew joined Signum in September 2019 and has already made a huge contribution to the company’s growth.
Matthew balances his apprenticeship with a full-time position at Signum and being a dedicated dad to his little boy, and we’re so impressed by his hard work and dedication to learning all the skills he will need for a successful career in digital marketing.
We love that he has such a focused attitude toward his apprenticeship and puts everything into what he does.
Since joining us, Matthew has learned an enormous amount and has already made a real difference to Signum. We are proud that he is now emerging as an important member of our team and a great ambassador for our business.
The fact that he was nominated and selected as one of the finalists for Apprentice of the Year makes us extra proud of his achievements!
We can’t wait to see what possibilities await him in 2022—and beyond!
The ceremony will be held on 10th June at the DCBL Stadium in Widnes, where we will find out if Signum is a winner! We’ll have our fingers crossed, but no matter what happens, we’re thrilled to be finalists in these prestigious categories.
We hope you will join us in congratulating all finalists and winners as they celebrate their achievements which truly deserve recognition during these challenging times and we want to thank everyone who has supported us throughout the past year!
